WHAT TO EXPECT
- We will talk on the phone and mutually determine whether it's a good fit.
- You can complete forms 25 minutes before the session or bring downloaded forms to the appointment.
- We will review everything in detail so that you feel comfortable.
- We will determine how often you would like to meet which may change over time.
- Over the course of therapy, we will review any relevant history/ goals/ and create a safe place for you.
- I will encourage you to share openly and honestly.
- Therapy can look very different depending on the person and what they are looking for.
- Therapy takes time and is not always comfortable. Be patient with yourself and the process.
