WHAT TO EXPECT

  • We will talk on the phone and mutually determine whether it's a good fit.
  • You can complete forms  25 minutes before the session or bring downloaded forms to the appointment.
  • We will review everything in detail so that you feel comfortable.
  • We will determine how often you would like to meet which may change over time.
  • Over the course of therapy, we will review any relevant history/ goals/ and create a safe place for you.
  • I will encourage you to share openly and honestly.
  • Therapy can look very different depending on the person and what they are looking for. 
  • Therapy takes time and is not always comfortable. Be patient with yourself and the process.
